  Job Description :
  • Handle of Financial and Finance function includes financial accounting, costing, cashflow, credit control.
  • Knowledge of accounting standard (MFRS).
  • Assist in managing overall Finance & Accounting functions.
  • Manage to handle monthly closing in a timely manner with support from superior and subordinate.
  • Coordinate and liaise with external auditor and tax agent on issues that arise.
  • Assist in costing analysis and reporting.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Words, PPT.
  • Assist to coordinate with department to formulate annual budget.
  • Purchase or sell of foreign currency arrangement.
  • Monitor month end closing
  • Prepare cash flow report.
  • Monitor cost calculations.
  • Checking withholding tax
  • To add value to an organization by challenging the effectiveness of established procedures.
  • Provide support for ad-hoc assignments/duties that may be directed or assigned by the Management from time to time.
