  JOB POSITION SUMMARY
  Arranging sales visits with prospective clients to negotiate or close business deals. Understand the benefits of the products and services offered by our company, and fluently articulate those benefits to customers.
  
  JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  A. REPORTING
  1] Monthly sales and Accounts Receivable (A/R) Collection.
  2] Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
  3] Maintaining proper sales and performance records.
  
  B. SALES & MARKET RESEARCH & RELATIONSHIP BUILDING
  1] Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  2] Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
  3] Set up meetings with potential clients and understand their wishes and concerns.
  4] Discover and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction.
  5] Handle complaints or request from clients.
  6] Promote the products and services to customers and negotiate contracts to maximize profits.
  7] Maintaining good relationship with existing clients, understand their needs and work out with the team.
  
  C. OTHERS
  1] Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations, promotional, conferences and other activities on products and services.
  2] Perform ad hoc tasks assign by Manager from time to time
