  【Job Responsibilities】
  
  • Develop and implement Information Technology strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Potentially lead and oversee the digital transformation strategy for the entire company.
  • Collaborate closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Administration Divisions to identify opportunities for digitalization, process optimization, data driven decision-making, artificial intelligence, IOT and to align technology initiatives with corporate objectives.
  • Ensure day-to-day IT operation and helpdesk activities are carried out smoothly at all time.
  • Manage and administer the network infrastructure, systems, applications and database services including LAN/WAN administration, services availability, system capacity and security and security management, helpdesk, disaster protection and network support services.
  • Provide support to stakeholders relating to all IT technical issues such as hardware, software and networking including applications and systems.
  • To carry out other duties and tasks as directed by the Management in line with competencies and activities associated with any of the above processes.
  • Work with technology vendors and external partners to evaluate and implement relevant solutions.
  • Liaise with Japan’s Head Office IT team in implementing global network and support.
