• Job Description

  1. To support new parts development until future transfer to production.
  2. Improve and control the target quality for the confirmed parts till mass production condition is sable only transfer to other divisions.
  3. To manages and operate new parts all items reliability test and report.
  4. To manages and operate new parts appearance and dimension inspection, part defect yield rate, vertical dimension and FA data.
  5. To manages and operate new parts chrome thickness measurement and report.
  6. To manages and operate new parts masking process, new program set up, prepare standard and report.
  7. To prepare and arrange new parts plating trial, inspection and submission sample arrangement
  8. To create new parts IQC & OQC inspection sheet.
  9. PPAP document support preparation
  10. 5S - filling, limit & approve sample, testing raw part & tested plating part sample arrangement.
  11. To follow instruction from time to time as needed
