• Job Description

  - Responsible for site measurement, bills preparation, cost analysis, estimating tenders, sourcing of prices and evaluation of sub-contractors’ claims.
  - Assist in tender bidding exercise i.e., Prepare tender evaluation, tender analysis, negotiation and tender interview.
  - Liaise with clients, consultants and sub-contractors.
  - In charge of Bills of Quantities, Specifications and Tender Documents.
  - Prepare contract documents for awarded sub-contract.
  - Monitor the contract while the project is being carried out.
  - Prepare Interim Valuation to assess the total cost of work done at monthly intervals and monitor certification by Consultant & Architect.
  - Prepare the Variation Works to be included in the Main Contract.
  - Prepare sub-contracts for nominated domestic/sub-contractors and supplier.
  - Handle final account to determine the final project cost.
  - Ad-hoc assigned by management.
