    - Take responsibility for the business performance of the restaurant
    - Coordinate the entire operation of the restaurant during scheduled shifts
    - Prepare reports at the end of the shift/week, including staff control, food & cash control and sales
    - Constantly review, evaluate operations/procedures and suggest improvement to the management

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, MANDARIN, English. Prefer Mandarin speaking candidates.
    - Minimum of 5 years of experience in café / restaurant management.
    - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    - Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
    - Strong financial acumen for budget management.
    - Positive attitude and a strong dedication to customer satisfaction.
    - Prepare to work on weekends & public holidays
