  Operational
  • Responsible for the overall production operations and activities to ensure its smooth running
  • Review and improve production flow & procedures to improve costing and operational efficiency
  • Plan, review and revise where needed production schedule to optimize productivity and meet targeted output
  • Plan, forecast, monitor production output, cost control with minimal wastage
  
  Manpower
  • Plan and allocate manpower, provide training for and motivating foreign workers
  
  Risk & Contingencies for new project
  • Conduct forecasts to identify potential risks and contingencies plan for proposed project
  
  Maintenance
  • Oversee maintenance, repair, and replacement of production equipment or machinery
  
  Safety & Health, QAQC
  • Ensure workers adhere strictly to the safety & health rules & regulations, Quality Assurance Control & Standards
  
  Best Practice
  • Establish and implement best manufacturing practices in compliance with Food Safety Management and other relevant statutory requirements
  
  Collaboration
  • Collaborate with other teams including R&D, Sales, QA for on-going activities / project / export sales order
  
  Others
  • Take charge of other production related activities
