1. Responsible for the establishment of both annual and monthly sales objectives in coordination with the Company’s business plan
2. Able to develop and implement sales and marketing strategy for the assigned company’s brand to meet sales objective
3. Possess leadership ,oversea, lead and drive the sales team to achieve sales target and aggressively market the company’s product
4. Your main target including but not limited to maintain current annual sales turnover of RM25 million but also 5% additional of RM5 million growth
5. Able to lead the team and increase the performance of personal and sales
6. Managing people in order to ensure strategies are executed properly
7. Identify key decision makers for each market and manage relationships for commercial opportunities
8. Expands business by building relationships and identifying new business potential
9. Making presentations to clients to explain our value proposition, services and technology solutions
10. Respond to the tender documents, writing proposals, reports and supporting literature
11. Provide updates and plan regularly and as &when required
Education Background :
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business, or a related field.
- At least 8-10 years of sales experience in the medical device industry
Require Skill :
- Experience in price negotiation and client meeting with with Principal, KKM, JKR.
