Job Description
• Payroll Administration – Manage entire payroll processing as well as year end reporting and monthly statutory.
• Maintain HR & Payroll System – Maintain employee information in both system and ensure all employee data and movement record are updated from time to time.
• Contract Management and Probationary Administration – Monitor and follow up on the contract extension and confirmation before the due date including letter preparation.
• Employee Benefits Administration – Manage employee benefits such as medical, leave, car & housing loan interest subsidy & etc.
• HC Compliance Documentation & Audit – Ensure all document are in order & compliance, assist in audit exercise.
• To perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior or manager.
Qualifications
Requirement
- Education:
• Diploma/Degree in Human Resource or equivalent.
- Experience:
• Minimum 4 years of working experience in HR department, particularly handling Compensation & Benefits.
• Payroll experience and well verse in Timesoft System.
- Skills:
• Competency in using Microsoft Office i.e. Excel, Word, Power Point.
- Others :
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment, multi-task, independent, details & meticulous, resourceful, well organized & meet deadline.English Level

Total Salary = RM 4,000 ~ RM 5,500
◆ AL: 18 days for executive, 21 days for Asst Manager and aboce
◆ MC: 28 days
