  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and close deals. Support sales and marketing activities by assisting with various related, including the preparation of quotes, proposals, and tender bid documents. Help coordinate sales activities and follow up on leads and opportunities.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers, promptly addressing inquiries, providing product information, and effectively resolving any issues or complaints. Dedicate yourself to delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring utmost customer satisfaction. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and overcome challenges.
  • Process sales orders with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring that all required information is obtained and recorded. Collaborate effectively with internal departments such as logistics, inventory, and finance to facilitate timely order fulfilment and delivery.
  • Keep the superior and Head of Department informed about the outcome of sales activities or the assigned tasks.
  • Assist the Manager in preparing regular sales reports and commercial documents such as invoices, delivery orders. Support the Management team in following up on payments.
  • Undertake all other duties, tasks and responsibilities as required by the management.
