  • Job Description

    - Track and monitor daily production processes and ensure they follow given specifications
    - Improve manufacturing processes by performing comprehensive evaluation of processes, materials and equipment
    - Ensure consistent high quality products by regularly inspecting and monitoring production processes to determine optimal orders and method of operations
    - Troubleshoot problems systematically and implement changes as required
    - Supervise and direct all the workers on their responsibilities.
    - Improve manufacturing processes by performing comprehensive evaluation of processes, materials and equipment.
    - Understand the current materials used and ensure the optimum efficiency of usage at all times.
    - Overall man power management

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    (Must）
    - Candidates must possess Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering.
    - Preferably minimum 5 years relevant experience required in the field of rubber.
    - Application must be willing to work in Bentong, Pahang. (40 minutes from Kuala Lumpur)

    -13th months salary
    -Contractual 1 month / Performance 2 -3 months (depending on performance and profit of the company on that year
