  • Job Description

    • Be the primary point of contact for all matter relating to clients’ needs and concerns
    • Build long-term relationships with customers, maintain strong and positive relationship with key accounts, stakeholder, and executive sponsors
    • Develop new business with existing customer and acquire new customers to meet sales quotas
    • Build strategic business plan to expand company’s client base and ensure its strong presence
    • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new technology and competition landscape
    • Able to communicate and prospect company’s solution offerings to clients
    • Collaborate with technical team to drive solution proposal and ensure the solution meets customer’s requirement and expectation
    • Ensure timely reporting and accuracy of forecast
    • Participating in tender and other bids activities

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Education Background:
    >> Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, I.T. or its equivalent

    - Experience:
    >> Minimum 5 years of experience in IT sales experience, focusing on either one of the following areas:
    　・　Application Related Solution
    　・　Infrastructure / Network Solution / Virtualization / Managed Services
    　・　IT Security Management Solution
    >> From SI (System Integrator) background and experienced in selling IT solutions (instead of IT software, laptop, peripherals, desktop and etc.)
    >> Experience in Public / Government Accounts is a must (such as MOH (Health), MOE (Education), MOF (Finance) or any ministry or government organization in Malaysia)

    - Others:
    • Possess hunter personality
    • Industry knowledge is optional
    • Direct client-facing experience and receiving positive client feedback
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and acquired new accounts
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Independent, proactive, attentive, and goal-oriented
    • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
