    1) Motivating, supporting and providing guidance to production staff
    2) Ensuring all safety and health standards are met to keep an organization accident-free
    3) Communicating regularly with upper management regarding problems or issues impacting production
    4) Evaluating machine resources to ensure continued production and minimal downtime
    5) Establishing a balance between increased productivity and reduced costs of manufacturing operations
    6) Setting productivity goals for each manufacturing team
    7) Developing workflow policies and procedures that improve efficiency without compromising safety or quality
    8) Ensuring adequate scheduling of staff

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Education Background: Degree in any engineering field
    - Experience : Min 2 - 5 years experiences in production line in any industry
    - Require Skill :
    1) Good written and communication skills
    2) Good computer skills: including Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
