  • Job Description

    • Responsible for the compiling and sending of daily, weekly, and monthly report
    • Arrange, file, and maintain customers’ quotations in orderly and proper manner
    • Maintain upkeep and proper filling of airlines' rates at all time (Liaise with the Air Export dept if there is any changes/update on airline's rates)
    • Support Sales and Marketing staff via e-mail / telephone call or any means of communication with customers, and overseas offices. (The concerned staff must be consulted and updated accordingly).
    • Market research and collect potential target customer info via several sources such as yellow page, internet etc

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Education:
    >> Diploma/Degree in any discipline.

    - Experience:
    >> Over 5 years of sales support working experience in freight forwarding line

    - Skills:
    >> Good knowledge of MS Office and computer usage

    - Others:
    >> Possess excellent communication skills, with a high degree of self-motivation and ambition
