  • Job Description

    • Overseeing and guiding the service team members and ensuring they follow best practices and standards
    • Setting up maintaining the service desk and the work order system
    • Coordinating service level agreements with the business team and the customers
    • Monitoring and resolving service issues and complaints
    • Training the service staff in up selling and customer satisfaction
    • Creating and implementing service strategies and procedures to meet department goals and metrics
    • Implementing a dynamic marketing plan, with the aim of increasing services
    • Planning and monitoring the work of staff
    • Monitoring inventory, purchasing parts and supplies needed for repairs

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    • Possess at least a Certificate/ Diploma/ Degree in Automotive/ Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
    • At least 2 years of related working experience in the Automotive Body and Paints industry.
    • Knowledge in automotive is compulsory.
    • Good knowledge of car components and insurance claims.
    • Service oriented with good communication skills.
    • Ability to speak multi-lingual is an added advantage.
    • Possess valid car license.
