• Job Description

  1. Develop, configure and optimize production activities Assess processes, take measurements and interpret manufacturing drawing into actual product.
  2. Perform process simulations and mock ups including monitor suppliers to ensure Quality Product is achieved.
  3. Work closely with Product Development Department to research & develop new product.
  4. Increase speed and efficiency of processes without compromising quality.
  5. Ensure all steps or production run smoothly and efficiently.
  6. Ensure all report/record are properly filed with a list of checklists.
  7. Ensuring process comply with safety and quality standards.
  8. Engage closely with client, vendors, procurement and other engineering disciplines to address all the technical issues related to the design.
  9. Review vendor’s drawings and technical specification to ensure all technical requirements were met.
  10. Comply Company 5S Implementation and maintain a safe working environment.
  11. To follow company rules, regulations and system.
  12. To carry out any other ad-hoc assignment assigned by manager from time to time.
