  • Job Description

    -Personal sales responsibility on specifically defined territory
    -Ensures the achievement of or exceed sales target within the specified period
    -Establish, develop and maintain positive business growth in the respective defined territory
    -Perform, evaluate and feedback updated market and competitor’s information to the management on a regular and monthly basis
    -Develop, create business needs & strategies via SWAT analysis.
    -To strategize & align business plans, further provide planning & execute marketing activities within defined territory.
    -Ensures that market AE reports are appropriately documented and communicated to the appropriate PV manager in a timely manner

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <MUST>
    -at least 1 years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
    -having driving license, possess own car
    <preferable>
    -sales experience especially in Gov sectors.
    -sales experience in the Cardiology and Nephrology therapeutic.
    -qualifications (preferably in Science/ Medicine or Business)
    -Track record of engaging key stakeholders in complex clinical environments,
    e.g., mid and senior level healthcare professionals, key accounts and the medical community
    -Proven track record in influencing the stakeholder decision-making process and creating value in an ecosystem with multiple influential players / decision makers
    -Proven demonstration of successful working in complex cross functional teams
