    To develop, establish and maintain marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives. Effective management of the marketing activities of the organization.

    Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
    ▪ Expand penetration in current accounts and develop new ones by developing and maintain customer contacts at all levels.
    ▪ Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information.
    ▪ Develop the competitive marketing strategy, strategic marketing plan and innovation marketing programs to grow the business in Malaysia.
    ▪ Monitor customer’s production requirements and provide forecast to the factories through monthly demand plan and yearly.
    ▪ Gather market information in preparation for the new products development and collect more information on existing and future markets.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Education Background : Bachelor’s Degree in any field
    - Experience : Preferably 2-3 years experience in related field / Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
    - Require Skill :
    Possessed own transport
    ▪N1/ N2 Japanese language skill
    ▪ Willing to travel (Thailand, Singapore, Japan, Klang Valley, Seremban, Malacca. Klang Valley is more frequent, Seremban & Malacca (once or twice in a month))
    ▪ Experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies
    ▪ Technical marketing skills
    ▪ Proven experience in customer and market research
    ▪ Relevant product and industry knowledge
