  • Job Description

    • Handle daily HR, secretarial and administrative matters for office operation for the company
    • handle full set of account (Journal entries, AR, AP, GL, Cash Flow, Bank Reconciliation, P&L & Balance Sheet) operational day to day activities and ensures account are upto-date at all times
    • Preparing of monthly management reports
    • Bi-monthly SST submission
    • Process & Generate invoices, monitor all debtors & creditor aging
    • Preparing monthly payment to suppliers
    • To assist in monitoring cash flow & banking matter
    • Proper maintenance of all admin/accounting records
    • To prepare audit schedules and liaise with auditors on year-end audit
    • To handle office administrative tasks
    • Other administrative work as and when assigned by the management
    • Engage in outsourcing work for client’s administration.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <Must>
    - At least 3 years (s) working experience of working experience in the related field is required for this position
    - Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and Quickbooks accounting software in an added advantage
    - Strong knowledge of bookkeeping.
