  • Job Description

    ■House Moving coordinator Tasks
    - Customer service (estimate inquiries, scheduling, e-mail and telephone support)
    - Moving estimate
    - Arrangement of moving companies (companies that arrange local trucks)
    - Preliminary inspection of relocation site
    - Attendance on moving day
    - Preparing documents for customs clearance, making quotations and invoices, etc.
    - Peak season is mainly from February to April.

    ■Marketing operations
    - Responding to customer inquiries from the website (mainly in Japanese)
    - Website management and updating (planning designs, etc., and discussing with suppliers before proceeding)
    - Publicity activities on SNS and Youtube
    - IT implementation of internal operations (in the future, will be responsible for planning and implementing measures to promote efficient operations)

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Professional Degree or equivalent.
    - Japanese Skills (Above N2 level)
    ※Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply

    【Prefer】
    - Having working experience is Japanese company
    - Having high IT literacy
