  We are seeking a Graphic & Multimedia designer to join our team. You will be designing a wide variety of things across digital and offline media. To be successful in this position, you’ll be a self-starter, capable of delivering brilliant creative ideas, and show amazing attention to detail.
  
  Our ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of current design software and skilled with every step of the design process from concept to the final deliverable. Collaborating with multiple teams at our company, the graphic designer should be able to take direction from written or
  spoken ideas and convert them into a design that connects.
  The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of branding and marketing, with the ability to vary style and layouts depending on the project.

  Job Responsibilities:
  • A good aesthetic eye and stays up to date with contemporary art, graphic, and advertising trends.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders and to lead and nurture juniors.
  • Strong interpersonal skills: strong adaptation skill, autonomous, entrepreneur spirit, very good relationship skills.
  • Good team member contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Reviewing junior designers’ work to ensure high quality.
  • Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials.
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed.
  • Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary.
  • Establish creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines.
  • Developing concepts, graphics and layouts, including making decisions about fonts, images, readability and readers’ needs.
  • Liaising with production teams to ensure deadlines are met and material is printed or presented to the highest quality.
  • Desire to continue to grow skill set with ongoing education and training.
