• Job Description

  We are looking for a project manager to manage a construction project in Malaysia as an agent for the client.
  The project will be managed from the basic planning phase to the construction phase, and until the completion of the project.
  
  ・Support MD in performing all tasks of project management consultant.
  ・Understand client’s requirements and support in preparation of project planning, master schedule and details contents/activities
  ・Review of scope of work, drawings, contractual specifications.
  ・Coordination among client, consultants, architect to ensure compliance of client and legal requirements.
  ・Liaise with consultants in tender document/drawings preparation.
  ・Support client in construction budget, tender exercise and contractors’ selection.
  ・Support client in VE proposal and evaluation.
  ・Attend site meeting/inspection, advise client on the project status in aspect of quality, cost, delivery.
  ・Preparation of project/construction management report.
