• Job Description

  - Responsible for Develop and create new product with efficiency, effectiveness under minimum supervision in order to achieve departmental target and company business strategies.
  
  Details
  - Collaborate effectively and keep dateline with key internal and external stakeholders to find new business/market opportunity, support on technical matters regarding develop products and visit customers when necessary.
  - Conduct survey such as material/ chemical/ equipment for design purpose, research, develop, analyze, test for any existing/ new design/ technology as necessary; conduct design/ process trial, testing, experiments and improvements to ensure successful transfer of all assigned projects from R&D to manufacturing.
  - Utilize methodology effectively (QC tools, Statistic Analysis, etc.) in conducting experiment.
  - Input experiment report into technical database with well summarized form.
  - Weekly update development progress to direct superior; update development/customer the activities in R&D monthly meeting and submit R&D technical report per quarter.
  - Perform any other related assignment as and when directed by superior.
