• Job Description

  - To build up wide network extensively by excellent communication skills
  - To obtain up-to-date information on potential properties from shopping malls, real
  estate agents, and other sources quickly
  - Conduct market research on potential store locations to determine the suitability for our business
  - To prepare regular reports on property development (e.g., periodic progress reports)
  - To negotiate persistently for Tenancy conditions (like rent and other terms),
  promotional locations, etc. with landlords or agents (including potential venues and
  existing venues) and Able to get our desirable results
  - To manage and carry out the various paperwork associated with Tenancy agreements
  and Able to scrutinize the contracts (including potential and existing venues)
  - To work flexibly on a project basis in cooperation with other departments for new
  outlet developments.
  - Any other work that may be assigned to you by the managements from time to time.
