• Job Description

  As a sales executive, you will be externally focused, on national key customers. As number of existing customers are still not yet a lot, you maybe asked to look for new clients as well. You will get an understanding of the customers and shoppers needs. You will contribute to negotiations on prices, assortment, merchandising and promotions. You will collaborate with the internal teams to prepare business plans and external negotiations. You also focus on business development to penetrate our products into Malaysian market.
  
  Target key customers: CVS (convenience store), HM/SM (Hyper/Super market), EC, HORECA, etc
  
  ■ Search and assess expected customers such as CVS, HM/SM. EC. HORECA, etc.
  ■ Build relationship with new customers and open new accounts.
  ■ Prepare all sales documents (sales deck, estimates, contracts), aligned with management.
  ■ Design the commercial and physical distribution scheme by collaborating with internal / external teams.
  ■ Build relationships with existing clients and stakeholders to drive business opportunities.
  ■ Ensure the PB (exclusive products) development plan by working closely with internal, external teams and partners.
  ■ Conduct regular client visits and provide excellent customer service
  ■ Collect and report instore information such as availability, visibility, accessibility & freshness.
  ■ Oversee client payments, credit collections tracking.
  ■ Negotiate contract and terms of sales with customers.
  ■ Oversee promotional initiatives are successfully carried out on a reasonable budget.
  ■ Managing communications between key clients and internal teams.
  ■ Ensure high accuracy of monthly sales forecast and ensure sufficient stocks in warehouse to be aligned with SCM coordinator.
  
  Sales area : Klang valley (so far no business trip to outstation)
  KPI setting : To be discussed but no commission
