• Job Description

  We are looking for an experienced and well-organized Sales Executive to provide the necessary support to the field sales team.
  The successful candidate will become the point of reference for colleagues and customers alike, by keeping schedules and providing feedback, documentation and information.
  
  
  ·        Providing after sales service/ support to existing customers
  ·        Liaising with sales team and other departments by managing schedules
  ·        Acquiring market up-to-date information, documents and communicating relevant information
  ·        Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related resources and materials
  ·        Responding to complaints from customers
  ·        Preparing Quotation, Sales invoice, Debit Note and Credit Note
  ·        Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
  ·        Handle orders processing with accuracy and timeliness
  ·        Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
  ·        Ensure adherence to Malaysian customs laws and policies
  ·        Shipment handling both Import and Export
