    <Overview>
    • Our product is one of the world’s leading plant asset condition and performance monitoring system such as Thermal Performance modelling and monitoring and Equipment Condition Monitoring.
    • We are looking for a Technical Sales Manager to join our Global Technical Sales team.
    • The role is responsible for business development and sales of the product line and related services and driving the execution of the brand’s strategic direction into achieving company financial targets.
    • Frequent travelling within Asia Pacific region.
    • Supporting execution of Account Management Strategies and sales growth with key account targets and collaborating with other subsidiary companies.
    • Representing the product as a consultant and leader in the industry.

    <Job Scope>
    • Achieve and exceed individual, team, and key account revenue targets
    • Develop an effective understanding of the product and service offerings
    • Understand and execute effective account management to grow key accounts to long-term, large, and
    comprehensive contracts
    • Understand sales pipeline management to advance opportunities from initial lead through closure
    • Support sales process, large proposal process, and capture strategies for key opportunities
    • Ability to effectively present the product’s capabilities and expand discovery phases for complete
    understanding of client objectives/challenges
    • Manage and develop executive relationships (leadership levels) with clients and prospective clients
    • Manage existing account base to ensure client satisfaction
    • Effectively leverage the product CRM for managing all leads, contacts, accounts, and opportunities.
    • Maintain after-sales communications to ensure customer satisfaction and prospect for new opportunities
    across client organization.
    • Must be a self-starter, resourceful, and be able to effectively manage multiple tasks at any given time

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Education Background: Degree in IT, Business Administration, Sales & Marketing

    - Experience:
    > Over 5 years of sales experience in selling digitalization system, IoT system, performance monitoring system for power plant.
    > Professional Sales experience in both product and service areas (Professional Selling Skills, Miller Heiman, or similar)
    > Experience supporting Request for Proposal processes

    - Skills:
    > Strong presentation skills.
    > Excellent communication and business writing skills.

    - Others:
    > Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a team-oriented environment.
    > Must be a self-starter, resourceful, and be able to effectively manage multiple tasks at any given time
