• Job Description

  - develop order policy for APAC & India together with Centralized Contract Center and other related organizations by collecting requirements/demand from R&D / factories and proposals / quotations from suppliers in Asia + India and reviewing global information from others.
  - Analyze total delivery costs in detail.
  - Negotiate with suppliers or collaborate with responsible negotiation organization for optimal QCD.
  - propose alternative supplier which meets QCD requirements or propose alternative material based on benchmark study
  - review with R&D and factories for joint direction,
  - Negotiate with suppliers or collaborate with responsible negotiation organization for optimal QCD
  - Learn Panasonic Centralized Contract scheme and organization.
  - Understand Panasonic R&D and factory requirements / demand.
  - Communication / Customer satisfaction: Listen to factory key players’ voice and/or review data to find opportunities for improvement, set mutual agreeable targets and accomplish them.
  - Achieve team’s KPI’s for CD/ VE annual target.
  - Prepare various management reports.
  - Have meeting with Japan HQ in Japanese language
