  • Job Description

    - Support MD to execute the sales strategy which includes defining clear objectives and challenging goals to gain market share, develop an annual strategy and monthly monitoring schedule for sales.
    - Establish and generate new sales (kitchen equipment) using existing and potential customer network.
    - Generate proposal client needs, visit client and establish accounts.
    - Handle customer feedback, support client in technical issue together with Service Engineer.
    - Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
    - Run and monitor competitors’ pricing strategy, activities and products.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Salary = RM 7,000 ~ RM 9,000 (excluding commission)

    - Education Background :
    > Degree / Diploma in any field, preferable from Business Administration.
    > SPM holder also can be considered.
    - Experience :
    > Over 5 years of sales experience in KITCHEN EQUIPMENT
    > Trading related knowledge and experience are added advantage.
    - Others:
    > Candidate must possess a car and must be willing to travel.
    > Candidate must be willing to work in a new setup company.
    > Candidate must be matured, independent and capable to work without much supervision.

  • Benefit

    Basic Salary = RM 7,000 ~ RM 9,000

    - All travel expenses claimable.
    ** Other benefits are to be discussed and decided together with new sales staff.

    <Commission Scheme>
    Commission are based on Sales Value and depending on profit margin of individual project.

    40% Onwards 2.5% to 3%
    25% to 39% 2%
    15% to 24% 1.5%
    10% to 14% 1%
    9% & below 0%

    - Payment terms to majority customer except for stipulated sales condition accepted by company (e.g. Tender, etc)

    - Commission will only be released upon full payment received.
    - Payment receive 1st 90 Days – Commission as per above.
    - Payment receive after 90 Days – Descaling commission of 0.5% per 30Days.
