• Job Description

  - Responsible for managing a cross-functional team, owning the delivery of timely, high-quality, scalable, and well-tested solution.
  
  - Understanding client’s real pain points and requirements, deeper than written by client’s themselves.
  - Preparing proposal and quotation to close the deal.
  - Advance a thriving team by cultivating a culture rooted in product/engineering ownership, agility, and encourage innovative thinking in software delivery.
  - Stay current with the newest technologies; research new technologies and make recommendations on implementations in close collaboration between teams.
  - Join forces with leads of other teams including multiple operation teams, product management, product design, quality, other engineering groups, and key product stakeholders.
  - Monitor, analyze and improve operations efficiency and capacity.
  - Manage the whole project life cycle.
  - Prepare Project documentation (UAT, User Manual, etc).
  - Manage software development team from multiple geographical locations.
  - Manage and execute the whole software development life cycle (web and mobile apps).
  - Liaise with all other internal departments and external parties to meet the product requirement.
  - Manage problem resolution and change management process.
  - Build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization.
