    1. Preparing daily Vege meal and Catering event for wedding and birthday.

    2. Supervise kitchen operation ( kitchen crew) to ensure raw material and food preparation quality .

    3. Create new menu and costing calculation.

    4. Responsible for raw materials ordering and inventory.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    1) 5 years experience as Chef in Restaurant. Prefer Vegetarian

    2) Local Residents proses driving license

    3) Experience in Healthy food cuisine ( ingredients and preparation method ) 健康素食 is added advantage.
