  - Manage sales team adapting feedback and adhering to management direction and policies.
  - Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies.
  - Achieve company sales target.
  - Forging good mindset.
  - Problem solving.
  - Hiring new sales person.
  - Training new team members.
  - Visit customer keep good relationship with customers.
  - Provide costing advice, check and get approval.
  - Closely monitor customers’ purchase enquiry and get purchase order from customers.
  - Market penetration.
  - Always obtain market information and feedback to management.
  - Provide new ideas, growth opportunities and stock keeping strategies to management.
  - New and existing customer’s credit control and monitor.
  - Monitor for debt collection.
  - Prepare reports and present to management.
  - Other duties / responsibilities as assigned by the superior.
