    【Job summary】
    Sales (Customer Care) in a real estate agent

    【Details】
    - Respond to inquiries from the clients about condominiums or offices.
    - Deal with both of corporation (80%) and individual (20%), who are almost all Japanese
    - Speak Japanese when you deal with clients
    - Cooperate with local real estate agents and introducing new properties to the clients.
    - Attend clients when they view properties privately.
    - After sale service; Deal with some trouble inquired from clients related to real estate introduced by us.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    -Language: English, Japanese (more than N2)
    -Other: Driver's license (have own car is much better)

    【Prefer】
    *Experience: Does not matter, Fresh Graduate is OK
