Job Description
- 60% Bridging / Translation : 40% Project Management.
- Business Analyst roles with Japanese speaking capability.
- Implementation of offshore development project from Japan
- Liaise with Japan BU or client on project schedule plan, project SOW, technical documents.
- Briefing technical documents to project members based on Japanese design document
- User requirement, technical specification and test documents preparation.
- Project management on Program and Functional Testing, System Testing and deployment of product within scheduled timeframe.
- Assure company QMS standard is apply in projects.
- Diagnosing and analyst issues in project with action plan.
- Subject matter expert in the project assigned.
- Translating from Japanese documents to English documents vice versa
- Responsible for project implementation, risk management and quality assurance.
Qualifications
Requirement
- Education: Candidate must possess at least an Advance Diploma in Information Systems / Software / Engineering / Computer Science or equivalent.
- Language: Well versed in Japanese (JLPT N2 and above)
- Skill & Experience:
> Over 3 years of experience in software development and familiar with SDLC.
> Good knowledge of Java / J2EE / C# / VB.Net / ASP.Net / Cobol. Crystal Report.
> Experienced in Oracle / PostgreSQL / MySQL / MS-SQL database platforms are encourage to apply.
> OS platform(Windows, Linux, Unix), Azure, AWS, etc.
> Project Manager or Business Analyst experience will be an added advantage.
- Certificate: PMP Cert (will be an added advantage)
- Others:
> Powerpoint, Excel, Words and etc.
> Software development knowledge in any language.
> Software developmemt general terms.
> Good communication and reporting.
> Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
> Self-motivated, independent, creative and result-oriented with good interpersonal skills.English Level
