  • Job Description

    1. Machine Installation and set up at client factory
    2. Facilitate and resolve customer’s technical issues up to closure with proactive and effective communication.
    3. Provide technical support to client side
    4. Troubleshoot Analyser or Inspection Machine when breakdown
    5. To conduct on maintenance and repair of the machines or facilities.
    6. Liaise with sales staff
    7. Establish detailed inspection, service, and report

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <Must>
    - Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related filed.
    - Min 2-3 years experience in service/maintenance engineering in Surface-mount technology (SMT) machines or Semiconductor machines (or other heavy machinery like in the factory)
    - Willing to travel within the whole of West Malaysia
    - Possess own transport
