• Job Description

  1. Serves customers by identifying their needs and engineering adaptations of products, equipment, and services
  2. Establishing and maintaining strong relationship with existing and new potential customers.
  3. Prepare Sales visits, maintain customer database and update project status/ activity reports on weekly basis.
  4. Develops and executes strategic account plans to achieve sales goals and value-creating objectives.
  5. Establish strategic action plans to win a deal (prospecting, presentation, technical closure, commercial closure and after-sales follow up.)
  6. Work closely with counterparts, factory or principals from different regions for smoother operation, costing issue and to optimize sales result.
  7. Discuss and participate in Project Team members on service delivery improvements.
  8. Develop strategic plans to optimize customer satisfaction and organizing mandatory sales activities.
  9. Ensure customers are well informed of market trends, customers activities and also general information about the area of coverage
