  【Job summary】
  - Manages the KPI for the channel management team for all regions in the Asean region.
  
  【Details】
  - Work closely with internal and external teams on marketing and promotional campaigns & calendar
  - Track marketing ROI (i.e. sales driven from channel promo activities), ensuring smooth launch of campaigns and promotions.
  - Manage the pricing and assortment strategy and co-responsible for P&L with Channel Management Leads as well as managing given budget.
  - Forecast, measure and report key ecommerce metrics including GMV, number of orders, average order value, discounts etc.
  - Work with operations to ensure smooth fulfilment process and ensure a first-rate customer and consumer experience
