• Job Description

  • Responsible for Sales & Marketing Department which includes the management of the department staff. You are required to give training for sales team, motivating, assigning task and scheduling, coaching, counselling and disciplining the employee.
  • Responsible to determine annual sales growth and implementation of marketing strategies to ensure the sales targets are achieved.
  • Responsible for establishment of sales objective by forecasting and developing expected sales volume for existing and new products.
  • Responsible to conduct dealers’ meetings, trainings, seminars and events with key customers to ensure strong relationship.
  • Responsible to plan and execute New Dealers’ recruitment and also monitor their performance
  • You may be required to travel to dealers’ location for major promotion activities.
  • You are required to participate in Management Discussions, Directors’ Meetings and important meetings.
  • Coordinate with Dealers to plan promotional events for sales development.
