  • Job Description

    -Good knowledge in construction industry, especially BIM technology for contractors and consultants
    - Develop and acquire new customer from our target market segment(Main contractors, sub-contractors, M&E contractors and QS Consultant) over telephone, e-mail and outdoor visiting
    -In-depth knowledge on our in-house BIM products as well as other BIM products in Singaporean construction market while liaising with client and would be advantageous
    -Provide sales and basic service support to identify potential clients and develop new accounts
    -Keeping up good relationship with existing and new clients
    -Make appointment and demonstrate our excellent BIM software presentations for customers
    - Excellent in negotiation and follow-up skills
    -Provide pre-sales our BIM software consultant and after-sales support for our BIM software implementation
    -Generate weekly sales report for management
    -Undertake tasks assigned from time to time

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Education Background : Construction industry and QS education background
    - Experience :1) Minimum 3 years of sales experience in construction software selling,
    2) B2b sales experience at least 2 years in Architecture, Engineering or construction industry
    3) Have experience in Quantity Surveyor, BIM Modeller, Building Surveyor related
    4) From AEC industry with B2B sales experience is the best
    - Require Skills :
    -Highly sales-driven and confident self-motivated
    -Pro-active and ability to work independently
    -Practice integrity and high dedication
    -Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    -Strong creativity and problem-solving abilities
    -Live with positive vibes, most importantly willing to take action with “CAN DO” attitude
    -Take initiative to understand the in-depth knowledge on our in-house products as well as other products in the market while liaising with client
    -Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office and Excel
    -Fluent in written & verbal English, spoken Mandarin language will be advantageous as he/she will need to liaise with the client and colleagues internally
    -Fast learner and interest in IT solutions/Digitalization
    -Familiar with construction industry background or takeoff solutions used by Quantity Surveyors when doing tender projects
