Job Description
1. Documentation preparation – Daily customer delivery documents, Fedex export
2. Purchasing – Issue PO, Deal with supplier (tools, materials, coating, sub-con etc)
3. Tools ordering - key-in input/output
4. Materials ordering - key-in input/output
5. Custom – prepare GPB1 Form (monthly report data), K1/K9 for
6. Accounting – key-in daily expenses, prepare customer statement
7. Audit – account audit yearly
8. Monthly key-in OT, calculation
9. Customer ordering – key-in PO, deal with customer
10. Deal with supplier etc
11. Other duties as per required by managementRequirement
【Must】
- At least 1 years of experience of Admin, sales support
※Fresh Graduates can apply if he/she have Japanese skills
【Prefer】
- Language : Japanese skills (Above N3)Other Language
