  • Job Description

    - Support and advise internal sales person to secure and obtain project.
    - Attend all related meetings and matter with clients, authorities and sub-contractors.
    - Propose appropriate solution according to client needs within fixed costing.
    - Ensure submissions and approvals are obtained from required authorities.
    - On-site supervision, coordinate with sub-contractors to make sure construction progress is following timeline.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Education Background : Diploma or Degree holder in Mechanical Engineering.
    - Experience: 5- 8 years or working experience in Autocad designing/drafting experience in building or infrastructure electrical construction. (factory/ warehouse project/ shopping mall project)
    - Required Skills:
    1. Must have experience in liaising with client / approach client on pricing/costing material and tendering.
    2. Proficient in AUTOCAD software
    3. Experience in On-site supervision, coordinate with sub-contractors to make sure construction progress is following timeline.
    4. Willing travel (Penang)

    1. Good communication skills
    2. Able to coordinate work
    3. Good interpersonal skills
    4. Able to work independently
