Job Description
- Support and advise internal sales person to secure and obtain project.
- Attend all related meetings and matter with clients, authorities and sub-contractors.
- Propose appropriate solution according to client needs within fixed costing.
- Ensure submissions and approvals are obtained from required authorities.
- On-site supervision, coordinate with sub-contractors to make sure construction progress is following timeline.Requirement
- Education Background : Diploma or Degree holder in Engineering.
- Experience: 5- 8 years or working experience in building or infrastructure electrical construction. (factory/ warehouse project/ shopping mall project)
- Required Skills:
1. Must have experience in liaising with client / approach client on pricing/costing material and tendering.
2. Experience in Electrical facilities design and construction.
3. Experience in Power Distribution facilities and underground power facilities.
4. Experience in On-site supervision, coordinate with sub-contractors to make sure construction progress is following timeline.
5. Willing travel (Penang)
