  Cooperate with sales and engineers, coordinate and manage orders from clients, and support sales.
  
  A. Statement of Duties
  To process and input the designed product's parts/components data into the internal system,
  and to ensure that all socket products can be delivered to the sales office / customer on time.
  (I) Main Duties
  Purchasing tasks
  1 To receive sales order list of the day from sales and judge which order to be issued to factory for production
  2 At the same time, parts requirement sheet will be issued to assembly subcontractors to confirm which parts need to be supplied to
  assembly subcontractors for their production.
  3 To place order for PRS, UWI, and safety stock which instructed by ESPJ's PIC.
  4 Price registration
  ※Need to communicate in Japanese when corporate with HQ in Japan.
  
  (II) Other and Miscellaneous
  1 Filling/ saving related documents in good order
  2 Ad-hoc tasks assigned by Manager (making document for internal approval, making daily report)
  3 Preparing necessary documents for external/internal audits
  4 Reports all irregular issues and problems to senior staff/Manager
