• Job Description

  1. Responsible for Sales of surgical instruments and equipment.
  2. Creating sales strategies for the suite of products and services with the team.
  3. Building and maintaining positive working relationships with medical staff and support administrative staff.
  4. To meet quarterly and yearly sales targets.
  5. Sales of surgical products by establishing contact and developing relationships with End-User; recommending solutions.
  6. Building and maintaining good business relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases.
  7. Required to travel to other states within Peninsular Malaysia for product promotion (Once there is a need).
  8. Creating new sales and building new KOL'S with a surgical range of products.
  9. Plan work schedules for weekly, monthly timetables and discuss future targets with the Asst. General Manager.
  10. Demonstrating or presenting products to Healthcare staff including Doctors/Surgeons, OT Sr's/Managers and Nurses.
  11. Maintaining detailed sales records and forecasts.
  12. Writing and submitting reports and other related documents weekly on time.

  Traveling:
  KL and other states in Peninsular Malaysia - Area demarcation will divided equally among Sales person.
