• Job Description

  - To manage the rubbers recycle plant.
  - to manage and convert the rubber waste to recycle goods which can be reused/sold.
  - Operates suitable machine to convert rubber into rubber sheets by rolling process and if necessary, makes suitable adjustments.
  - Track and monitor daily production processes and ensure they follow given specifications.
  - To operate machine in which compounded rubber is extruded through heated fixed to machine head to form continuous shaped strip to get specified profile.
  - Improve manufacturing processes by performing comprehensive evaluation of processes, materials and equipment.
  - Ensure consistent high quality products by regularly inspecting and monitoring production processes to determine optimal orders and method of operations.
  - Able to communicate with effectively and confident at all levels in the organization.
  - Able to manage multiple and sometimes conflict work priorities and direction to ensure resource and focus on the highest value work.
  - Troubleshoot problems systematically and implement changes as required
  - Schedule and coordinate projects to align with deadlines and budgets
  - Supervise and direct all the workers on their responsibilities.
  - Ability to foster an environment of teamwork.
