    -Products' Quality Management including fulfilling the commitment to sales and customer .
    -Factory Operation Resources Management including Forecast Operation Requirement and Contribute Strategies.
    -Facility Management and Operation Waste Managing.
    -Factory Operation Compliance in Company Policies, relevant Standards, Laws and Regulations.
    -Execute Factory Manager, General Manager and Directors' Instructions with quality.
    -Take responsibility for the production manager, quality control manager or store manager, if either of them is unavailable.
    -Lead subordinate staffs for solution, improvement and harmony.
    -Accomplished company mission and seek advancement towards company vision.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <Must>
    - 5 years working experienced in Carton Industry
    -Proficiency in English and good at Mathematics
    -Microsoft Excel

    <Prefferble>
    - Manager experiences specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent

    Additional skills
    -Good analytical skill, able to coordinate & co-operate with other department.
    -Strong team building, decision making, project management and people management skills
    -Ability to multitask simultaneously, work under pressure in a fast pace environment with tight deadlines and under minimum supervision
    -Good decision-making skills and logical thinking abilities
    -Thorough knowledge of industry-specific factory equipment and machinery.
