Job Description
-Tele consultations including handling of inquiries from Emails, Facebook & Live Chats
-Handling incoming calls
-Appointment scheduling
-Sending bulk SMS reminders
-Follow up calls
Qualifications
Requirement
<Must>
- Experience : At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service/front desk
<Preferable>
- Require Skill : Well spoken and professional, candidate with science background is an added advantageEnglish Level
