  • Job Description

    • Provide after-sales service support for company’s advanced automated test and handling equipment such as installation, acceptance, upgrading, etc.
    • Resolve production correlation/low yield and program related issues.
    • Identify Assist/Lead technical projects/problem resolutions for customers.
    • Identify opportunities for solution business in collaboration with Service Sales team.
    • Ensure deliverables in service contracts are met.
    • Provide technical inputs to factory for product improvements/new designs.
    • Provide consultancy services to customers for equipment performance improvements.
    • Assist/Lead equipment integration to customer’s factory automation systems.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Education : Minimum Degree in Electronics / Electrical Engineering with 4 to 6 years of working experience in servicing automated production equipment, preferably in semiconductor manufacturing industry.

    - Experience:
    > Knowledgeable in C++, script programming and 93000 software/debugging tools will be an added advantage.
    > Possess Data driven problem solving skill and a quality mindset.
    > Understand OEE (overall equipment effectiveness) and drive improvements
    > Knowledge in smart factory and production solutioning
    > Some experience in project management preferred.
    > Strong problem solver with good technical capabilities, good communication skill, self-motivated, customer focus and result oriented.
    > Occasional travel required, sometimes on short notice.
