  • Job Description

    1. To resolve all quality related matters with internal and external customers and implement improvement activities.
    2. To handle customer returned warranty part and update in the customer portal
    3. To drive defect reduction program with production and maintenance team
    4. To update QA monthly report to customers and Japan HQ
    5. To manage internal and external calibration for the measuring equipment to ensure within the calibration period
    6. To handle sirim product audit to comply to JISB8031:2006 and MS827:2002.
    7. To handle MSA for the measuring equipment and SPC for the special characteristics of the product
    8. To manage QC line operation such as incoming, in process and outgoing process.
    9. To manage onhold lot and make the disposition with appropriate risk assessment data.
    10. To train and certify new and existing QC inspectors
    11. To drive and resolve the supplier quality matter.
    12. Support other tasks as assigned by the superior.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Education Background : Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Science
    - Experience : Min 2 years experience in managing customer complaint and QC line operation. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
    - Skill :
    > Knowledge in JIS standard experience in managing QC line will be an added advantages
    > Experience in managing customer complaint will be an added advantages
    > Good attitude, willing to learn, committed to the work and willing to work under pressure.
