• Job Description

  1)Support sales team—follow up delivery schedule with customers & suppliers.
  2) Monitor inventory, prepare inventory report.
  3) Issue delivery order , Invoices, Data entry into company system…..etc
  4) Hotel booking for guests
  5) Reported sales manager (Japanese)
  6) You have to visit Shah Alam(2nd Office) twice/month to deliver the products
  *You can use Grab when you go to the 2nd office (They will pay the Grab fee)
  7) any related tasks
